By accessing or using cvdox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

cvdox is an AI-assisted platform that helps users create, generate, and manage career documents, including resumes, cover letters, and related outputs based on data and prompts you provide.

The service is provided on an evolving platform basis. Features, pricing, limits, and capabilities may change over time.

AI-generated outputs are not professional career, legal, or employment advice. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Accounts using false identities may be suspended.

You retain full ownership of content you submit. You grant cvdox a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for delivering the service, providing support, maintaining security, and preventing abuse.

We do not sell your content.

We do not use your personal content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve service performance, reliability, and safety.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data.

You confirm that you hold the rights to any text, files, or links you submit.

Your data and documents are private by default. Content becomes accessible to others only when you explicitly enable sharing or public visibility.

You are solely responsible for what you choose to share and any consequences arising from shared or public links.

You agree not to use cvdox for any unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.

You agree not to disrupt, probe, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale via automated means, or bypass any product limits or safeguards.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or security risk, with or without prior notice.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of verified service failure.

Credits are consumed when paid operations are successfully executed. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn.

If a payment succeeds but credits are not applied, contact support and we will verify and correct the balance.

Credits not used within 72 months of purchase may expire.

cvdox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or specific outcomes, including interview invitations, hiring decisions, or career results.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies; always review before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cvdox and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you to cvdox in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless cvdox and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms, features, pricing, credit costs, or limits at any time.

Where reasonably practicable, we will notify users of material changes via email or in-product notice.

Continued use of cvdox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kenya, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We encourage resolving issues informally first. Reach us via in-app support before escalating any dispute.
